Booking and payment

The booking is binding once payment has been completed. All prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT. Payment is made on the website by card or another payment method offered there. You receive a confirmation by e-mail.

Cancellation

Applies to accommodation, activities and tables/Christmas dinners booked on the website:

·Up to 7 days before arrival or the activity date: the amount is refunded, less a cancellation fee of 3 % that covers the payment cost.

·6 to 2 days before: 50 % of the amount is refunded.

·Later than 2 days before, or if you do not show up: no refund.

Changing the date

You can move your booking to another date free of charge up to 2 days before, subject to availability.

If we have to cancel

If we must cancel an activity or a stay because of weather, safety or too few participants, you are offered a new date or a full refund, with no fee.

Groups and offers

For groups and bookings made through a separate offer, the terms stated in the offer apply.

Right of withdrawal

Under Swedish law (the Distance Contracts Act) the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation, catering and leisure activities booked for a specific date. The cancellation rules above apply instead.

How to cancel

Send us an e-mail or call us and state the reference number from your confirmation. Refunds are made to the payment method used, normally within 5–10 business days.
